Fixing of one version of Outlook can run at a time.

 On opening outlook we are getting massage "Sorry, we're having trouble starting Outlook.  Only one version of Outlook can run at a time.  Check to see if another version is running, or try restarting your computer. "

In this Case press ok and start outlook in safe mode  . For safe mode go to Run and type outlook /safe .

Outlook will open and start to work . If Problem is continue

Delete old outlook short cut and use New outlook short cut.

Then next time don't press ok and right click on old  outlook icon and Unpin from task bar. and Press right button on New outlook Icon and pin it in Task bar.

Windows 10 Safe mode

 It was easy to go Safe mode in previous windows by pressing F8 key. Windows 10 is different than other windows in respect of Safe mode.

Steps to go Safe mode in windows 10 --->>

Right Click on start menu and go to shutdown and then Press and Hold Shift and click on restart button

After restart Choose option of Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart

At last Press key no 4 to go safe mode or press Enter button for Normal OS Reststart

 This Problem occur from Color management or from side of Display driver.

Press win+r and use colorcpl.exe command, press enter color management windows will open

Select ICC profiles and remove it

This will said “This color profile is the default profile for this device. Are you sure you want to disassociate it from the device?” message, click on continue .Now go to advance

In device profile dropdown list select Agfa: Swop Standard 

It is last step and press ok

HOW TO CLEAR QUE OF PRINTING DOCUMENTS FROM PRINTER

Document Que in printer can clear by following  method

1. Go to printer and scanners 

Click on default printer 

Click on open que

Printer dialog box will open go to printer and click on cancel all documents this will clear all que.

 If problem continue then 

Press win+r button in key board and type services.msc  services windows will open find print spooler service

Stop the service and restart again Problem will resolved.

WHY OUTLOOK AUTOMATICALLY NOT RECEIVING MAIL.

To Solve the Problem Follow the steps  

Open Outlook and go to file and click on account settings

Now click on accounts

And check incoming and outgoing mail server ie Pop/imap and smtp and go for More settings

Go to advance and change imap server port to 993 and encryption type SSL and in SMTP  port no 465 and encryption type SSL and Click on OK then--> next -->close-->Finish-->close.
